Ciboro Foods has been rooted in the Montreal community since 2010. We actively support local food banks, sponsor community events, and prioritize hiring from the neighborhoods we operate in.

We believe that a strong business builds a strong community. A portion of our surplus inventory is donated to local organizations working to reduce food insecurity across Quebec.

Our workforce is as diverse as the products we distribute. We employ team members from over 15 different cultural backgrounds, speaking multiple languages, and bringing perspectives that make us better at what we do.

We continuously invest in reducing the environmental impact of our operations. From optimizing delivery routes to minimize fuel consumption, to transitioning our facility lighting to energy-efficient LED systems.

Our packaging waste reduction program has cut single-use materials by 30% since 2020, and we actively partner with recycling programs for all cardboard, plastic wrap, and pallet materials that move through our warehouse.
